Coach Lenny Linetsky is a highly skilled fencing coach with a passion for teaching and training students of all ages and skill levels.
Lenny Linetsky
Started fencing career in 1973 in the class of Maestro Arkady Burdan and went through the one of the best saber schools in the world. Had been training professionally, 6-7 hours a day, 6 days per week
.
As a fencer, had won medals on Ukrainian National championships and Soviet Union tournaments. A coach career, was established in 2010. Since then, had students, who won multiple medals (including gold ones)
on regional and national tournaments, Junior World Cup, fencing for team USA in the team event.
Was awarded with Prevot de Saber title in coaching saber.
Education
Graduated special sport high school class, specializing on saber fencing. Went to Odessa’s State University (History) and University of Berkley Extension (Project Management).
Has N2 National saber referee ranking and over 14 years of experience refereeing major US competitions like NAC
and Summer Nationals.
